ADMISSIONS
The Family Arena will institute a “Clear Bag Policy.” The following stipulations affect the type and size of bags that are permitted into the arena — not the items that you normally need to bring to an event. Each customer may carry in their pockets items such as keys, makeup, combs, phones, wallets, and credit cards.
- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12.”
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
- Small clutch purses, approximately the size of a hand, or 5″ x 7″ with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the arena along with one of the clear bag options.
- An exception will be made for diaper bags (if in attendance with a baby) and/or medically necessary items after proper inspection at the gate.
Saturday - All Sessions
Adults (13 & over) - $25 / Children (5-12) & Seniors (60+) - $15
Sunday - All Sessions
Adults (13 & over) - $25 / Children (5-12) & Seniors (60+) - $15
Children 4 and under - FREE
ENTRY FEES - Register with USAG and Send Payment to GymQuarters
$ 150 - Level Xcel Gold, Diamond & Platinum, Level 4 -10 & Elite (USAG Rules and Levels)
$ 130 - Level 2 & 3 Xcel Bronze & Silver ((USAG Rules and Levels - 1 Judge)
$ 60 - Team Entry

TEAM AWARDS
The number of banners awarded will be determined by the number of teams per level/per session.
Team Places will be determined by the top 3 event scores. Unlimited gymnasts per team.
INDIVIDUAL AWARDS
Levels 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, XCELS, 7, 8, 9, 10 & Elite Individual awards will be presented at the conclusion of each session.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be approved for gymnasts who cancel due to illness or injury (with Doctor’s excuse)
prior to January 1, 2026. Refund requests without a doctor’s note are subject to the directors' discretion.
No refunds after January 1, 2026.
