Term Pay Sessions |

GymQuarters
offers a year round program with the skills and curriculum
progressing throughout the year. Our tuition is divided into
six term pay sessions.
REFUND
POLICY
We offer a free trial class on your first visit to
GymQuarters.
After you choose your class and pay
the term tuition NO REFUNDS will be offered unless
in case of injury in the gym. |

Returned
Checks
There
is a $25.00 fee charged for all returned checks
Prorated
Students
can register anytime. Tuition will be prorated according to
the number of weeks remaining in the Pay Session at the time
you register.
Multi-Class
Discount
Take an
additional class and receive a 25% discount off the lessor
tuition class.
Family Discount
Only one
child in your family pays full price. All lesser tuitions
are discounted 25% for the second child,, 35% for the third
child and 50% on the fourth and fifth child.
Payment Method
Payment
by check may be made at the front desk at GymQuarters. For
your convenience, payment can be made with Visa, Master Card,
American Express and Discover, or cash. We also accept
credit card payments over the phone. Remember tuition must
be received by the Existing Class Priority due date
to guarantee your child's class day and time.
Existing
Class Priority
Tuition
is due two weeks prior to the start of each new term Pay
Session. This date is called the Existing Class Priority due
date (ECP). If tuition is received by the ECP due date, all
of our current students may continue in the program without
reregistering. If tuition is not received by the ECP due date
the child's space in class is presumed vacant and the system
will tag that student as inactive and release the spot. A
child can continue in the program if payment is made after
the ECP due date, however we cannot guarantee the same class,
day or time.
Bad Weather Policy
In the
event of inclement weather, please call to find out if classes
are canceled. The message for morning classes will be available
by 8:30 A.M. , evening classes by 3:00 P.M., Make up classes
will be issued.
Make Up Classes
If your
child should happen to miss a class, we have make up class
times to choose from. Students have up to 8 weeks from
the day missed to make up the class. Make up classes
can be scheduled at the front desk, or call, 636-498-6854.
